Documents

Cancellation policy:

 

If you cancel the wedding:
2 week before 50% refund
1 week before -No refunds



The responsibility to provide Scandinavian Wedding with all the right documents relies on the bride and groom.
All documents must be received within 14 days before the wedding - If any of the documents are missing or incorrect, the ceremony will be cancelled with NO REFUNDS.


- extra fee € 195,- will be added to a re-booking.

1. The Notice of marriage

​

- (click  on image to download) Please print out, fill in, date and sign.

2. Passport or national ID

​

- (and schengen visa if applicable), or military ID and leave form.

3. Birth certificate

​
- if not already in English, German or Danish, then translated into one of these.​

4. Civil-status certificate,

- Also called letter of non impediment, confirming your marital status as single, divorced or widowed.  An Aufenthaltsbescheinigung or affidavit are options we can advise you on.​

5. Final divorce decree or death certificate

​
- If one of you is divorced or widowed then the original certificate of divorce or death certificate (if not already in English, German or Danish, please translate into one of these)
Once we have received your documents, and they have been approved by the authorities, we will contact you with confirmation of your preferred wedding date and accommodation and travel details.
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or by using Pay-Pal .
