The tax law consequences of a given private law transaction should also be identified before being implemented. Moreover, we always discuss the private law issues in connection with, for example, a restructuring in a small or large owner-managed company, as this may have a huge impact in certain situations.

When drafting wills, we carry out a careful review of assets and liabilities with a view to assessing the possibilities available in relation to the distribution of property.
